The programme has been designed so as to allow participants to customise their experience. Participants can choose to attend the full three-day programme, two days of their choice, or just a single one-day session. Participants can also choose between a residential package (including accommodation at the conference hotel) or a non-residential package (not including accommodation).
Information about residential packages
Residential packages include four nights at the hotel for the participant. Check-in is on 21st September and check-out is on the 25th September. If participants wish to stay at the hotel outside of these dates, they can contact Simon Hearn: email@example.com. If participants wish to share lodging with their spouse or partner there will be an additional cost to be made directly to the hotel. Please contact Simon Hearn to arrange this.
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer through Pay Pal which is a secure third party service. The recipient Pay Pal account is owned by the Overseas Development Institute in the UK.
Full refunds (minus $50 administration charge) will be given to participants who cancel on or before 11 August 2014. 50% refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before 1 September 2014. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after 1 September 2014 under any circumstance.
Scholarships and sponsoring
The event organisers are not providing scholarships for this event. We have made every effort to keep the fees for the event as low as possible. The OMLC Stewards will be facilitating the workshops and are volunteering their own time to help run the event, IDRC is funding the expenses of the OMLC Stewards through a grant to the OMLC and KPMG Africa International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) is co-sponsoring the event.
