Fees and Logistics

As part of our 'airport-to-airport' service, your OM Lab package will include: Transfers to/from Beirut airport 5 nights bed and breakfast at the Padova Hotel Beirut Buffet lunch and refreshments for the four working days Half-day pre-Lab OM refresher course (optional) Mentoring opportunities with experienced OM users Tailored after-hours program providing a spectacular culinary tour of Beirut Medical insurance You will arrive on Sunday 5 or Monday 6 February and will check out on Thursday 9 or Friday 10 February. The pre-Lab refresher course will take place in the afternoon of Monday 6 February and the Lab will open at 9:00 on Tuesday 7 February and will close at 17:00 on Thursday 9 February. The total package cost is $1800 USD.  (Invoices will be in USD but we can invoice in GBP if requested. GPB fee is £1100)   A 5% discount is available to participants booking as a group of more than two.    The deadline for registration is Sunday 11 December 2011   There are no sponsorship opportunities from the OMLC available at this time.   The OM Lab 2012 is an initiative of the Outcome Mapping Learning Community and is coordinated by Terry Smutylo and Kaia Ambrose and is hosted in Beirut by Development Management International (DMI sarl) in partnership with the Environmental & Sustainable Development Unit of the American University or Beirut.     Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before Sunday 20 November 2011. 50% refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before Sunday 1 January 2012. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after Sunday 1 January 2012.
